TRUJILLO Is known as the “City of Eternal Spring” for its splendid weather, it is located in the north east of Peru, and Trujillo is capital of La Libertad region. It is a place where you can have a fascinating trip because of the good weather, marvelous beaches, famous museums and archeological monuments such as the Citadel of Chan Chan a pre-hispanic urban center that represent the larger mud city in pre-Hispanic America, it was declared a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. Many other important monuments like The Huaca del Sol and Huaca de la Luna are located here also.

CHICLAYO Is known as the “City of Friendship” because of the warmth of its people. It is located in the Lambayeque region, in the north of Peru; this city has a variety of tourist places such as archeological monuments, museums and many others of interest to tourists.

In 1987 the royal Moche tombs at Sipán was discovered by Peruvian archeologists. Hundreds of dazzling and priceless artefacts from the tomb have been recovered. The Sipan tomb’s treasure went on a world tour, and most returned to Lambayeque’s Tumbas Reales de Sipán Museum, where they are now displayed.  This city contains archeological treasures from a heritage of an ancient past; they are an important part of Peruvian history. This city also has other modern and important museums such as Bruning, Túcume and Sicán.

NORTH PROGRAM 01: LIMA - TRUJILLO - LIMA
2 Days/1 Night

DAY 01: Lima/Trujillo (HUACAS SOL Y LUNA - CHAN CHAN - HUANCHACO TOUR) Departure from Lima to Trujillo (the night before). Arrive in the morning and take a tour of Huacas del Sol y La Luna. Visit the largest mud city in the world, Chan Chan. Visit Huaca Arco Iris, Tschudi Palace Museum, Huanchaco Bay, Caballitos de Totora, handmade wharf and handmade fair.

DAY 02: Trujillo (CITY TOUR)/Lima Visit Trujillo’s Historic center, then transfer to the bus station or to the airport, and then go back to Lima city.

NORTH PROGRAM 02: LIMA - TRUJILLO - LIMA
4 Days/3 Nights

DAY 01: Lima/Trujillo (HUACAS SOL Y LUNA) Transfer to your hotel. Tour to visit The Huacas del Sol y La Luna, the handmade pottery workshop and Moche countryside.

DAY 02: Trujillo (CITY TOUR) Visit to Trujillo’s Historic center and its attractions. Transfer to the hotel.

DAY 03: Trujillo (CHAN-CHAN- HUANCHACO) Visit the biggest mud city in the World “Chan Chan”. Viisit to Huaca Arco Iris, Tschudi Palace Museum, Huanchaco Bay, Caballitos de Totora, handmade wharf and handmade fair.

DAY 04: Trujillo (EL BRUJO)/Lima Visit to Chicaza town, Chiclín, and the Brujo archeological complex. Go back to Lima.

NORTH PROGRAM 03: LIMA - TRUJILLO - CHICLAYO - LIMA
4 Days/ 3 Nigths

DAY 01: Lima/Trujillo (TOUR HUACAS SOL Y LUNA & CITY TOUR) In Trujillo, tour to visit to the Huacas del Sol y La Luna and the Trujillo’s Historic center.
DAY 02: Trujillo (CHAN CHAN - HUANCHACO) Visit the biggest mud city in the world Chan Chan, Huanchaco Bay, Caballitos deTotora, the handmade pottery workshop. Free afternoon.

DAY 03: Chiclayo (FERREÑAFE - SICAN - TUCUME) Visit to Ferreñafe town, Sicán National Museum, Túcume Pyramids and Sipan Museum (including an exhibition of Sipan’s real gold tomb). Go back to Trujillo city.

DAY 04: Trujillo (EL BRUJO)/Lima: Visit to Chicama town, Chiclín (Larco family´s state), the Brujo archeological complex (Huaca Viejo, Huaca Partida y Huaca Prieta). Go back to Lima city.


NORTH PROGRAM 04: LIMA - CHICLAYO - LIMA
3 Days/2 Nights

DAY 01: Lima/Chiclayo (CITY TOUR - HERBALIST MARKET) Visit the city, main square, Cathedral, Elías Aguirre small square, 2 de mayo theater, Musas walk and herbalist market.

DAY 02: Chiclayo (SICAN - PIRAMIDES DE TUCUME - SIPAN) Visit Sicán National Museum, Túcume Pyramids, on-site museum, Sipan Museum (including an exhibition of Sipan’s real gold tomb).

DAY 03: Chiclayo (HUACA RAJADA)/Lima Visit Huaca Rajada, place where Sipan’s real tomb was found.  Afterwards, go back to Lima city.
